Too Much Poverty Reporting!

Dear CNN and All News Outlets (but especially CNN),

If 10% of the workforce is unemployed, remember, that means 90% are employed.

The panic you are perpetuating is like yelling "Fire!" in a crowded theater.

Now even comfortable people with money are in "The Grapes of Wrath" mode (ridiculous!) and, for example, are not going out to dinner which is causing restaurants to close.

Let's get The Real Housewives back in the restaurants and stores!

Stop excerbating this problem, please!

You people have way too much power.

Sincerely,
agilog

PS: As always, agilog welcomes your comments.

Personally, I want to know what on earth Brian Williams is doing to his face. He looks like he's reporting from the Sahel. Or we could talk about the wind-tunnel effect on all women over 18.

So, in good economic news, they could report on how Republican redistribution of wealth, over the past decade, or so, has resulted in boom times for cosmetic surgeons.

It's the special reports with our 'finance' people about how BIG a wad of money to stash under the mattress that make me insane. This should be an issue for the people who hand out bandwidth.
